Today I interviewed our new Superintendent, Michael Tollefson, for our members’ journal. Superintendent Tollefson began working in Yosemite on January 4th, and has been very supportive of our association. He originally hails from Seattle, although he has worked in many parks across the country. He is a quiet, gracious man, who I’ve enjoyed working with during his short time in the park, and I think he will accomplish much for the good of Yosemite during his tenure here.
